Pestamajlis Choice is a program where event-related services are managed and sold directly by Pestamajlis. Vendors partner with Pestamajlis, who will list, promote, and sell these services on the Pestamajlis platform. Pestamajlis acts as an intermediary to ensure smooth transactions between customers and vendors. By joining Pestamajlis Choice, vendors agree to the following terms and responsibilities.

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Service Listing and Sales Process

  • Pestamajlis will create and manage event service listings on the platform.
  • Vendors must confirm service charges with Pestamajlis before listings are made live.
  • Pestamajlis reserves the right to add a markup to the vendor’s service charges before selling to customers.
  • Pestamajlis will handle all customer interactions, including inquiries, negotiations, and sales closures.
  • Pestamajlis will collect payments from customers.
  • After deducting the Pestamajlis markup, the vendor will be paid the agreed service fee.
  • Payments to vendors will be made within a predetermined time frame after service completion.
  • Pestamajlis reserves the right to handle cancellations and refunds as per the platform’s general policies.
  • Vendors will be informed of any cancellations and refunds and may be required to assist in resolving disputes.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Accurate Pricing: Vendors must provide accurate and updated pricing to Pestamajlis for all services. Any changes in pricing should be communicated promptly.
  • Service Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for delivering the agreed services to the customer as per the service listing’s description and timeline.
  • Professional Standards: Vendors must adhere to high standards of professionalism and quality in delivering their services.
  • Communication: Vendors must maintain open lines of communication with Pestamajlis and promptly respond to any service-related queries or issues.
  • Liability for Service: Vendors are solely responsible for any claims, damages, or issues arising from the services they provide.

3. Pestamajlis Responsibilities

  • Service Listings and Promotion: Pestamajlis will create and promote service listings on its platform, ensuring they are accurately described and attractively presented to potential customers.
  • Sales Management: Pestamajlis will handle all customer relations, inquiries, and final sales transactions, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Mark-Up and Pricing: Pestamajlis will add a markup to the vendor’s service charges. The final selling price on the platform is set by Pestamajlis.
  • Payment Processing: Pestamajlis is responsible for collecting customer payments and disbursing the agreed service fees to vendors.
  • Dispute Resolution: Pestamajlis will mediate any disputes between vendors and customers regarding cancellations, refunds, or service quality.

4. General Conditions

  • Termination: Pestamajlis reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s participation in the program if terms are violated or if service standards are not maintained.
  • Exclusivity: Vendors in the Pestamajlis Choice program must agree to let Pestamajlis manage all sales for the specific services listed on the platform.
  • Amendments: Pestamajlis may revise the terms and conditions of this program. Vendors will be notified of any changes and may choose to accept or exit the program.

By participating in the Pestamajlis Choice program, vendors agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
