2 weeks agoThere couldn't be a better location for Dewan Filharmonik Petronas as it sits in the heart of KL's business district and is part of the Petronas Twin Towers. The music hall is awe-inspiring with its classical look and architectural design. It also boasts of optimum acoustics. For music lovers, witnessing a performance in Dewan Filharmonik Petronas should be part of their itineraries in Kuala Lumpur. We watched Asia Choral Grand Prix here. We purchased tickets online. We were at the venue 30 minutes early as it was an open/free seating and we wanted a good spot to watch the event, which we were able to get.

a week agoLocated in the middle of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, this iconic venue will literally blow you away with its stunningly aesthetic and aurally sound. We have an unforgettable experience listening to the MPO performing Hans Zimmer’s playlist. Love the arrangements, love MPO. It is fitting that they are able to perform in the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas. I can’t think of an orchestra that is more fitting or better than the MPO when they are at their best.

The evening's performance was breathtaking, with the orchestra delivering a flawless and emotive rendition of masterpieces. The seats were comfortable, and the view of the stage was excellent from every angle. The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Overall, Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS provides an unparalleled setting for enjoying world-class musical performances in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for any music enthusiast.

3 weeks agoCozy place to listen to music. However the air conditioning is a big warm and stuffy inside the auditorium, and I am sitting in the upstairs better seats.
