3 weeks agoMy husband and I stayed 2 wonderful nights at this lavish hotel. It lives up to its name. All the staff at the bell desk, housekeeping, reception, and restaurants were terrific! Our female butler, Se was totally awesome. She took time to go through everything in detail. Kudos! We ate dinner at their restaurant and were absolutely impressed with the delicious food and great customer service. The rooms were so clean and gorgeous. I will definitely stay there again. We enjoyed every minute!

a month agoVisited their weekend brunch. Specifically to see how good their quality of food is. Turns out the mains that were served once only were yummy! Well cooked and good portions were served to each diner. I’d advice to bring those mains home as they do allow that and they’ll pack them nicely for you. Oysters were very good. Ok the king crab legs were a tad disappointing. Think they either cut them up into pieces too long ago and left them in the freezer or recooked not in whole leg form (Hope you get what I mean). The meat were dry and I don’t get the sweetness as they should taste. Which is a pity as I was looking forward to that the most. Desserts were very decent and I have to say that the service was really good. Just can do better on the food.

a month agoBecause my husband is an ambassador Marriott member, we booked this hotel for 7 nights during the Christmas holiday. The hotel's hardware is really good, but the service is terrible, especially during breakfast. The attitude of the service staff seemed to be forced to work here. No smile and impolite! It usually takes more than 10 minutes for water and tea to be delivered, and juice is still not delivered after the meal. They are only good at quickly to collect the empty plates, I don't know if the hotel has trained them .

a week agoYou do indeed get what you pay for. It's less than a 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and that walk is largely sheltered. I doubt you'd find better hospitality and facilities anywhere else in KL. For the record: gyms are fitted with dumbbells and machines only. Entry is 24/7, towels and water are provided.

3 months agoThe room and environment were very satisfying, but I did feel that the front desk staff (小姐姐)could be more welcoming. It would make a big difference if staff greeted guests with a smile creating a warmer and friendlier experience. (而不是一副不笑臭脸似乎很不被瞧起)guests come here to enjoy their stay, and a friendly reception is an important part of that. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I’d love to return to an even more positive experience next time.
