Karnival PROTON Anggun Riuh 2025

Almost 7 months ago; i have shared my good experience while attending my exora 30k km service interval here. It was a pleasant experience & good service by the team. However; after this i will be wondering whether to continue servicing in this SC or to seek for other alternative SC's. For the past 1 week; the action taken to resolve problem which i'm facing with my exora's sudden high RPM timing + aircond malfunction is not acceptable. After numerous of videos shared to the service advisor (as per their request since the issue not happening all the time); it's still doesn't help. My 2 days of annual leave gone just like that without any solution by them. The technician need more and more concrete proof to show the parts malfunction for warranty claims. The only choice which i have to make is checking the issue at external workshop which eventually void the aircond warranty. Should i visit another SC's? Waste another annual leave of mine? It's a million ringgit of question.
